Paper and Clay Book Club and Pottery Class

I cohost the Paper and Clay Book Club and Potter Class with Adirondack Pottery. We meet quarterly to discuss a Black Walnut Books queer read. While we chat about the book, Eric from Adirondack Pottery will walk us through making a functional ceramic art piece. We have a themed stamp for each book pick, which you can use to decorate your piece.

In April we are reading Fruiting Bodies by Kathryn Harlan. You can get tickets here.

We’ll be meeting at Adirondack Pottery, which is right down the hall from the bookstore at The Shirt Factory, on Saturday April 26 and Sunday April 27th at 6:30pm. If you would prefer to pay in cash (which is awesome since there aren’t high credit card fees that way and 100% of the ticket goes to cover the cost of the clay) you can stop into the bookshop!
